What plug in is required to play Pirate storm?

The plugin required to play PirateStorm is the browser's Flash plugin.

Is there anythng else we can help you with?

 

I have been unable to play for 9 days. I can log in but the game will not load. Support has said to disable this,enable that,you need this,you don't need that.try a different browser etc.. Is any real help available?

 

The Customer Care Team, from the description you provided, are trying to help. As is the nature with computers there are a wide variety of possible reasons as to why you are unable to play the game.

It is entirely your perogative if you wish to follow or not follow their troubleshooting procedures. However I can assure you they do so in order to help you find a solution to your problem.

 

I have found that when I try to log in and the game takes too long to load, just refresh the page. You may have to do this a couple of times.
If that doesn't work...reload the log in page and try again. It sometimes takes 2 or 3 attempts, but I can get on.

PS...If you are trying to log in at restart.... Good Luck

 

Thank you for your consideration and input -j2albertson-. It is much appreciated. This was recommended by Amnesia Here in a previous thread but did not resolve his issue.

 

I have followed all help support has suggested.I guess I will quit playing since the issue can not be resolved. This was the only game I played. Makes me sad to think I played for 8 months and no longer can.Thanks for the help Wedgewood. I appreciate it.
