Loading game issue's

Tried numerous web browsers, cleared the cache blah blah, and i get this message all the time


not sure if you can see that but it says " Opps, that didn't work! It looks like an error occurred. To make things work, try using different search functions. Just enter a search term in the field in the top right. If you're still experiencing difficulties, try it again at a later point in time... or try playing one of these top games:

Hi -Fen-Monkey-,

Are you receiving this message when you try to load the PirateStorm Game and if so at which point in the process? I.e upon logging in or upon clicking the play button?

 

I press the pirate storm tab/button, this takes me to the pirate storm page, I enter my details there and it sends me back to the big point selection page. ie the screen shot. When there and I trry again it stays on that page.

 

I have a same problem.

 

Could you please provide the link in your address bar that you use to initially sign into the game? This may be of help. I ask as there are a few different addresses all of which can be used to access the game.

 

Sort of stays the same. http://www.bigpoint.com/ is when I load, I press play and a new screen pops up with pirate storm log in details, but the url is the same http://www.bigpoint.com/ enter details then i get http://www.bigpoint.com/?status=sorry.
