Halloween problems

Tee halloween event did nto start properly. So the problem is people that played the discount map early did not get the discount today :-(
I imagine they are many players that played the discount map and not receive the discount. So i ask for bigpoint to address the issue by giving a 10% discount to all players to cover for today problem.
Also now the game is frozen.
No invasion islands, no bonus map no zones it is frozen for many people. And some weak players in my guild lost at discount map because it was frozen all the time
they entered frozen died.

 

Midnight and second day of event started only with new problems.
The 2 quests is night spoke correct and mystified islands wrong.
At least for me today i have to play the quest for bonus maps which is not possible because there is only 1 discount map every day.
The correct mision would not be mystified islands but barren depth.

With regards to the bonus maps not providing a discount this issue is being resolved. I believe from more recent posts you have made that you are now aware of this update.however if not you can find the information Here. Concerning game freezes affecting players whereby they failed to complete their maps you can suggest them to contact the Customer Care Team. They will be able to look into such matters on their behalf.

one question
last year we had every day 2 quest one to play the regular map and one to play the discount map
1st day of the event this year we had also the 2 quests
but after midnight i got 2 quest but they were the wrong ones. both quests i received was for the discount map
but because one day you have one map and the other day you have the other map i done only 1 of them
then i canceled th other quest because i can not finish it anyway
today after the mourning restart i no longer have the wrong discount quest but i do not also have the quest for the regular map

so will we have 2 quest per day also this year???
i am wondering because i know that for this year the Halloween event is slightly changed

we had the reset of the pandora might chest in which we see a difference in one mission
last year we had to play every day the discount map with the quest taken to finish that mission
this year we only had to play the 3 different mission once

so how many quest to expect in this new Halloween event??
2 every day?
1 every day??
or 3 in the whole event?

i will inform my guild members to call support about the freeze and loosing the discount map

 

Sorry for the delay in replying to your post ANIKHTE.

In the F.A.Q it states that the first two maps will provide you with a discount for the event ship. What you are describing sounds like a bug ie receiving two discount map quests back to back. The maps appear to alternate in the same sequence as last year. You should receive two event quests per day. One should be for a discount map and the other should be for a non discount map.

If you find that this issue continues to repeat itself each day and as a result of this you do not receive the nessecary map feel free to contact the Customer Care Team. If this happens be sure to take a screenshot of your game with both bonus map window and quest window open to illustrate the issue.

i need to contact support then
i only get 1 quest per day :-(
i have the maps i do not get the quest for the non discount map
2nd day i had a bug with both discount quest
but today it gave me only the discount quest

 

I have the same problem like ANIKHTE and many others have...

 

I may have mis-spoken in the above post. As one map remains open there may not be a quest each day for this map.

Please be patient whilst I look into this on your behalf.
