    I have just got a new phone and I have tried to download the app of google play and it keeps coming up with " unfortunatly piratestorm has stopped. At first i thought it was the phone so i tried another androide phone and got the same problem. Does anybody have any ideas why this is ?

    Probably BP didn't upgrade the app yet

    I apologise for the delay in our reply. The Pirate Storm Companion App is working as it should, it can be downloaded, installed and ran as intended. Could you please try downloading & installing it again? Is your phone compatible with the app? Could you tell us the make and model? ​

    hi teddy bear
    i have uninstalled ps app AGAIN and re -installed it and it comes up with the same problem.
    my phone is a galaxy 4s and i am trying to down load it from google play. i know it is not my phone as i have also tried from a different gal-4s and the same prob is happening. plus my phone is brand new and is designed to be able to use apps of this nature

    Indeed, the app is running properly on a Samsung Galaxy S3, but it won't work on S4 or S5 :confused: I apologise for this situation - I will report it to the Team and hopefully this issue will be looked into as soon as possible.

    I have the app, works pretty nice but regarding the News section, it has always been empty with no events to show (even when I am looking at the current event in-game), so hope it could be fixed
