people saying profanitys and not getting banned

    what is the protocal for somebody yelling profanitys and being extremley rude in global and NOT GETTING BANNED? someone has been yelling profanitys about my family and me in global on server US1 some VERY crude and mean things that do not come up in conversation unless you happen to hold you conversations at truck stops( no offense to truckers or truckstops but you know what i mean ) so what should i do? take screenshots? there is no report button that i have found or a ignore user button would appreciate not having to hear this stuff in global
