Problem with loading of the game

Why cant i log in on my account?

Please let us know what happens when you try to log into your account.

If you are seeing this error: "An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #" followed by a string of letters and numbers, it is due to the login issues we have been experiencing, and you should try again a little bit later.

If this is not the case, please give us as many details as possible about the problem you are experiencing. ​

 

When i tried to log in I was asked for a new pirate name. So i could access the game I entered Joseywales as my pirate name. No message was shown. I played for 6 months as Newo and would like this account back. The user id number was also changed.
