silver+gold packet

    Hi,if I have allready silver pack 6 months, and its 16 days left, I cant buy gold...is it so...I try to buy the gold one, but game said its not possible?

    Probably because you cannot make a queue of packs so you will have to wait for the expiration of your old pack before being able to buy a new one. Just a guess and I don't know how lucky! Happy sailing to you, wetza! ;)

    Hi,

    With you issue, -wetza-, do you have auto-renewal of your silver package or have you disabled this feature?

    Click the Payment button just after logging in. Then click 'status and cancellation' (at the bottom of the new window). Your Premium package should be outlined. On the far right hand side of this table will be the title 'action'. If there is the option to 'cancel' then you have an auto renewal. If there is no option to cancel then you do not have an auto renewal in place.

    Ok I will check it, and do You mean if this is not auto reneval (or I change it ), I will be ably to buy the golden packet at once?

    I cannot say with certainty if this will indeed work. However it is a possible reason. If you have an auto-renewal, try canceling this and then attempting to book the premium package you wish to get, once your auto-renewal has been cancelled.
