Chat ban not gone?

    I was banned for having an inappropriate captain profile, it says "You were banned from the chat on 1.12.2013 at19:18:47 for 999 minutes. You can log in again on 2.122013 at11.57.47." my time has expired but i still have a chat ban, can you help me?:(
    Server: Europe 1
    User ID: 311789
    and if needed my username is -2FAST4U- and my current capt profile is WA®-2FAST-WA®

    After logging into the game, before you click the Green Play Button, if you scroll to the bottom of the page, you will find the link to support there.

    You was banned for inappropriate username. You will need to contact the Customer Care Team which can be done by clicking Here and show them that your name has been changed to something that is not inappropriate.
