Finding DOUBLOONS

Maybe a moderator can answer this.
I have been "stuck" on a doubloon quest for 33 days days now.
After surpassing the 6000.00 doubloon mark I have noticed a SEVERE slow down in collecting/finding them.
Since July 17 I have been on the same doubloon quest of collecting 12.00 doubloons.
I have been stuck at 10.65 for 13 days as of day without collecting even .5 doubloons.
I play a MINIMUM of 10 hours everyday and actively farm, do bonus maps and sink both NPCs and enemies...
Have been ranked in the top 60 of EXPERIENCE rankings and top 50 of PVP ranking for months now.
Support has answered my concern that my account is normal and working properly and that I have the normal doubloon drop-rate as others players.
I say Horse poop.
To not collect even a small % of doubloon in over 13 days and counting is anything but NORMAL.
And to still be on a doubloon quest of 12.00 doubloon for over 30 days is anything but normal.
Support says the ISSUE is dead and they will not answer it or address it any more.
Again, I say Horse poop.
I know better that my account doubloon collection rate is messed-up or has changed.
Have played this game for 2 years now and everyday for the past 14 months so I know a iitle about doubloon collection rates.
Has anyone else been stuck on doubloon even remotely close to what I have?
Can the moderators intercede with BIGPOINT and at least ask them to once again look at my account....I have been told no they will not even look again...
Sorry, people make mistakes and my lack of collecting doubloons vs my playing time is anything but normal...NONE in 13 days , 10.65 of 12.00 in 33 days is WRONG!!
I play a minimum of 10 hours and usually more per day ACTIVELY.

Have you tried cancelling and re-accepting you doubloons quest to see if this changes your ability to collect doubloons again?

 

That is next step, yes....But as of now...No I have not...My warped logic says if it takes me 35 + days to collect 10.65 and i start over........Sometime around around Christmas, I might be back close.
And SUPPORT should be able to see or tell if my account is stuck/not working properly.
They say ALL IS NORMAL and still refuse to look at stated PROBLEM again.
Now 16 days and counting and not any doubloons at all. (play 10+ hours minimum daily).

 

I'm afraid that aside from offering you suggestions on how to resolve this problem there is little more we in the forums can do to be of assistance concerning this SaltyDawg.

 

i too have noticed a problem with the drop rate of doubloons especially since the update regarding the monthly raffle
