New NPC in Zone 29a

I just ran into an undocumented NPC in Frozen Hells. there were two of them and they looked like tiny 3 blade propellers. They were called "Young Shadow". Is this something of a test case by BP or is it a new character that shows up periodically?

Can anyone provide more information? Thanks.

 

These are the Sahar the Shadow Colossus' Minions. When the Colossus is attacked, he will spawn minions to shoot you and kill you.

 

Does Colossus come in 29a alone
or in 30 a - also ?

as ates comes in oosia & dune sea

 

Sahar spawns in 30a Endless Ice and 29a Frozen Hells. They spawn 6 hours after being killed, and auto respawn at reset (5AM Est.)

Sorry for the delay in replying to your post Greatbeard. ШΛŁŁΛßΞ is correct. The Shadow Colossus in Frozen Hells and Endless Ice spawns small NPC's once fired upon and a certain amount of H.P is deducted.

Is there anything else we can help with?

& one last doubt - I had seen - colosus spawn in Frozen hills
&once colosus - in frozen hills killed - within few min - it pawns in - endless ice ?

or, colosus, pawns same time - in both frozen & endless ice ?

 

it depends on when it was killed the previous time as to what zone will spawn 1st

 

Lets say someone kills the 30a colossus at reset. Say, 5 minutes after the hour. Then they go to 29a and kill it 8 minutes after. In 6 hours when the colossus re-spawns, 30a will come at 5 minutes after and 29a at 8 minutes after. Hope this helps

one last clarification -
at server restart - 29 a & 30 a -special npc comes - same time, ?
or, only after killing the npc in zone 29 a, it comes in 30 a

& as u said [ after 6 hrs - + min [when its killed in respective zone

 

At reset, they spawn at the same time. By the time you get in about 3 minutes after, they will both be roaming the zone.
