USA server error

    Ive tried logging on but no luck I get

    Have you tried other web browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) and is the issue still the same?

    I've tried multiple browsers and still gives me the error

    Can you provide me your UserID again please as the 1 you have provided has not shown up on the US1 server.

    It won't let me go to the us1 server I don't know the id. It gives me the error
