    On the forum I am almost sure, nobody can help you.
    This problems can only be solved by the support team. You should contact them.

    Go to the login page of the game, login with your user and password, and before pressing PLAY, just scroll down the page.

    On the footer of the page you will find Support button. Complete there all the required fields and state your problem there.

    This is a known issue that the Game Devs are working hard to fix, please be patient and im sure this will be resolved in the future.
