Sobek Treasure Issue

    A lot of users have problems with Sobek 1, 2 and 3 after the last patch.

    As a result they will need to be manually sorted.

    If you are one of these players then post your user ID number and server. Please do not make any discussion just put in your id number and your server.

    The IDs will be collected and submitted once per day. If your post "disappears" this means it has been submitted to the Developers to be sorted.

    Do not double post. Discussion posts will be deleted without us even looking for your ID number so please follow the rules and help us help you more efficiently.

    sry but no work ,all the time I gor rewards for another chest not for sobek treasure chest 3 plz try again,plz and thx,this time i got rewards for sobek treasure chest 2(asamble all the green bonus map pieces) , again ,i want sobek treasure chest 3 ,id 273129 usa1 server

    Hi,

    I can forward both your user id's again however the person in charge of handling this did state that your Sobek achievement chests were now fixed and rewards granted.

    I never got my rewards for sobek 1, all they tell me is the developers say i got it. Don't ya think i would know if i did. I just gave up trying, because it appears to me certain people get it, others don't. Seems as if BP has problems keeping there word.

    If you have not already done so please feel free to contact the Customer Care Team. They will be able to investigate as to why your sobek chests are not complete etc. To do so click Here.
