    Ahoy Pirates,

    BigPoint is in the process of transitioning to a new Support System. The transitioning process may take a few days for all kinks to be worked out.

    We ask your cooperation.
    1. Do Not Send Duplicate Support Tickets. If the confirmation that a ticket was sent when you generated the ticket, Please do not create another ticket.
    2. Make Sure You Are Logged Into Your Account before Sending a Ticket.
    3. Do Not Send General Game Inquiries to Support. Support addresses individual account issues (Suspensions, Accidental Purchase of Items, Accidental Wrong Placement of Decks/Extensions, change of email requests, etc.). Game Related Comments, Complaints, Questions should be addressed in the Forum.
