Why have I been banned for 1 year?

    Ahao family I just got banned for 1 year and I don't know why I would like an explanation about that and, good morning afternoon or night-

    I am a user from Latin America and it tells me the support is by name but it won't let me change the name it's like it gave a bug because it was at 6:00 p.m. it told me I could change it but it's 7:00 p.m. and still nothing
