    The game won't get past a black screen. I've tried everything, and nothing works. I haven't been able to play for seven days. This problem is getting ridiculous. How can support or even the game administration not fix a game with graphics and programming from 2017? You practically have technology 10 years ahead of you. This is unacceptable. And the worst part is that you won't explain yourselves or solve the problem. This is getting ridiculous. Many players, including myself, have invested a lot of money in the game, and I'm not talking about these 13 years of play, I'm talking about this year, and there's no way to fix a simple game configuration issue. You've had practically 10 days and still haven't done anything. I don't think we'll have to resort to legal action, as this seriously violates consumer rights.
