Game chat system

Hello @WaterWillow ,
I recently returned to the game after several years. Last week, I saw an email about the Dragon event and it reminded me of this game again. I used to really enjoy playing it back in the day and have some great memories, which is why I decided to come back. Anyway, back then there was a system in the game to chat with other players on the server, as well as a chat for the guild. But currently, I don't see any chat system at all — there's no section in the game where I can talk to others. Is this a bug on my end, or has the chat system been removed from the game entirely?
