    Why does the game keep freezing? My boat has been sunk three or four times because play will just stop, and by the time it starts again my ship has been destroyed.

    Ahoy Broussard,

    All servers are operational. Perhaps you have an internet connection issue.

    Please try the following:
    1. Make sure your operating system is up-to-date, including your flash player.
    2. Try a different browser
    3. Clear Cache
    4. Clear Flash Cache
    5. When you sail on open water, press "i". This will give a popup in the upper left corner to indicate your FPS (Frames Per Second). If your FPS is not in the upper 40s, then there is a connection issue. Which could be related to your internet speed, computer hardware, the browser you are using, etc.
