    Forum moderators do not have access to player accounts. Therefore, you must send a support ticket. You must first log in to your account and then click Support at the bottom of the page. Please include your USER ID, Email, Server ID. However, if you are logged in correctly the necessary identifying information should already be in the support ticket form.

  3. hmmmm... odd that there is a "bug report" topic on the forums here but everything is supposed to be reported to support. Maybe the title of this forum should be changed from "Questions and Bug Reports" to just "Questions"?

    Jolly-Bonesjack is correct to refer *JKNews* to support. As the screenshot indicated, there is some type of glitch with the chest. Support can address this particular issue, as Forum Moderators do not have access to player accounts.
