Connection was terminated

So I was kicked form the game and this message with "Connection was terminated" has been poppin every time I try to log in to the game. It has been like this for the past 4 hours."

This issue has happened to me again. It’s now the second day in a row that I haven’t been able to play. Yesterday I couldn’t log in the entire day, and now the same “Connection was terminated” message is appearing again.
Is there really nothing I can do about this? I can tolerate it if it happens once in a while, but this is the second time in a row, and I’m worried it could happen during an important event.
Could you please check what is causing this and let me know if there’s anything I can do on my end to prevent it?

You make it sound as if this is normal, but I don’t think losing access to the game for an entire day should be considered normal behavior. I’m really trying to understand why this keeps occurring.Is there a specific reason the system kicks players for a full day like this? And is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening again?

An anti-spamming feature was put in place some time ago. If you are being disconnected from the game until reset the next day, it is due to some action you took on the game that resulted in your disconnection (purchases made too quickly, spamming auction, spamming the deepsea diver).

The diver has the option to check Automatic to dive. It may be necessary to use this option to avoid spamming the diver.

It has happened to me again this is now the third time in four days. Is there really nothing I can do other than just wait it out every time?
This is especially disappointing because Pirate Fest is happening right now, and I’m going to lose a lot by being unable to log in.
