Account banned for no reason

    I have blocked the account for 1 year and I do not understand the reason, it seems that it is to get points in Arena. If you get penalized for progress, go crap. The possible money that could have been invested has been lost.

    Temporary Blocked notices come up for players that have been banned for arena pushing. They have a white screen when they try to log in. All others will have a date/time of the ban ending.The player can write a ticket to support with a request to unban.
