    so the new season started today and now i have to wait 540minutes to start playing and when i click ready it doesnt allow me to play

    The issue that you are experiencing has been occurring for several seasons now. The issue should resolve itself by tomorrow. There is a known conflict between the start/end of the Arena Seasons among the servers. An attempt to fix the issue was made. However, it was not successful.

    then try again you take from our time on arena. You know about a bug and you do nothing what kind of stupid thing is that. less time less chance to win everyone is playing most at the start of the arena so he can get head start from the others.

    A 1 day delay for everyone, does not give one team an advantage over the other. This issue has occurred for many seasons, and is not new. The issue has been reported. An attempt to fix the issue was made. However, it was not successful.
