    If you refer to Vipers from Pirate Fest (National days) you must take in account the level restriction. Small players who stay under level 30 can hunt those monster but its annoying because you must use 50 Guild Letter constantly and never make group with someone that gets you experience. Once your level is higher you can go and search but not hit them so, for the big players there are big dragons that heal faster and in which you shoot with special ammunition.
