Halloween event

Hello, I think there's been a mistake about the length of the Halloween event, I'm telling you...
Yesterday I was playing until about 3am, and I was able to buy the strength of halloween, as well as other items from the event. It turns out, that today when I logged in again, around 2pm there is nothing available in the shop to buy the event (events of this type are supposed to last until 23:59pm on the day you indicate, which was the 2nd), I asked friends of the clan, and around 11:00am and 11:30am the halloween event ended, this has negatively affected players, not only me, but another of my clan who also wanted to buy the ghost force, and I guess many more players.
So I wanted to say if you will compensate in any way for the fact that the event ended 12 hours earlier than planned, such as putting the halloween items in the shop tomorrow to let the players buy the event items because of the problem you had in finishing it earlier, a greeting, and I look forward to your response .

 

unfortunately this is intended, events are scheduled to begin at noon of the given day, and on the last day that the event is scheduled for the event lasts from midnight till noon. bad design and should be changed but everything written here is spoken on deaf ears so this should be like a PSA for everyone not to get confused by event timings

 

There is not gonna be any compensation. There's no need for it.

Each event for past few years, I would say for whole time when the events are active when there's a end date, then it ends at that day about 12:00. There was never a event that lasted till midnight that day, always was the deadline time set at 12:00.

Now the only thing left for you/your clan mates is to wait a year till another halloween event happens or be lucky enought o get special auction for set items where you should have halloween set as well (I think).
