Hello,

Why is there no support from Big Point for people confined by the COVID19, bonus
codes or premium pass?

Why not close the servers if you no longer make
improvements or real updates, bonus cards with friends or inaccessible 2v2 / 3v3
arenas?

Besides taking money from the last remaining players, what do you intend
to do?

Please do not send me back to the forum (suggestions for ideas ...) and
give me an honest and direct answer. Thank you !!!

Super, well done Big Point, you managed to give me a tour of your services by sending the ball back to you !!! Support sends me back to the forum, the support forum and no one is qualified to give me an honest answer, but if the answer is "no" I would like someone to tell me something other than "I don't know, go ask the other". Lmao, it's not like you're a strong player who spent thousand of money in your account(If you're the ojad of europa 3 server). Forum moderators doesn't have any informations about the future of the game this is not hard to understand i believe ?

 

When you are told to go to the support for a simple question and the support tells you to go to the moderators forum in the end, we all have a tendency to get nervous.
Then you said everything: I am not a big enough player and I did not spend 1,000 euros in the game (still happy ...) and suddenly I just have to close my mouth and let it go ...
Close the servers and we don't talk about it anymore !!!
