Announcement Maintenance: February 25 (07:00 - 18:00 CET)

    Ahoy Pirates,

    There will be a maintenance of Big Point's ticket response system on Tuesday, February 25th (07:00-18:00 CET).

    During the maintenance our players will be able to send tickets, but (a) they will not receive an auto-reply confirmation e-mail and (b) we will not be able to answer them. Once the maintenance is completed the players will receive the auto-reply confirmation e-mail and we can answer the tickets again. That means the e-mails are not lost.

    Please do not send duplicate tickets.

    The maintenance should not affect your game play.

    Ahoy Pirates,

    The Support Team and Administrators are experiencing issues with tools that enable them to access accounts. This stems from the migration of data that is referenced above.

    This may delay the response time from Support. Please be patient, and please do not send duplicate tickets as this will only delay the response to your ticket. We expect everything to be in working order by the 26th, after the complete maintenance has taken place.
