Problem Connecting to your account

    When I tried to log on to PC on my pirate

    storm account it says that there is no account with the

    respective name and password. But when I tried to connect

    from the phone it goes. This happened yesterday and today the

    same thing but I managed to connect entering history and accessing the

    link when I went to connect. Do you know what the problem would be?

    Our latest information regarding this issue is posted Here.

    The issue is generally occurring with those players that login through multiple devices (computer, smartphones, tablets, etc.), have multiple accounts, have multiple accounts on different servers, and log in through multiple browsers.

    Hello,
    when I tried to log into my account, I was denied access. I explain: I enter the pseudonym and password and I click connect, so far everything works and I arrive on the page where there wrote play in the green frame. I click on it and it shows me that my account is blocked until 2020/12/22 when I didn't even play pirate storm, I was traveling? Can you help me and explain what to do so I can play please ?

    You need to contact Support. After logging in to your account, scroll to bottom of the page and click support.
